Any style or type of building can be assembled on top or The “Venetian Plate”
For starters the Pan Am Stadium which has a track surrounded by retractable seats (15,000) can be assembled with pre-manufactured components and easily altered or added to if it is to be expanded to a more permanent structure as suggested in the following 3 dimensional illustrations. It could also be completely moved and its components would retain their value and could be assembled elsewhere for other uses i.e. soccer venues, etc…
The Velodrome – the same principle applies…The cost saving on the foundation could provide adequate financing for a more durable and permanent roof.
“The Lego” building form can be easily assembled for the games and moved or changed to accommodate any new plans.
